Antique 19th Century Barley Twist Sideboard Hutch. The top piece removes for easy transportation, and is notched into the bottom piece so it stays securely in place (see last photos). The beveled mirrored top piece to the hutch has a nice sized display mantle shelf. Overall this piece of furniture is solid, sturdy, and completely functional. Both dovetailed drawers pull easily, and the cabinets open/close as they should. I did not see any damage that effects the structural integrity of this piece at all. The hutch will take a footprint of roughly 73" tall, 60" long, 21" deep ... 39" tall to the top of the counter. As you may see in the photos, there looks to have maybe been a darker stain applied by previous owners, probably from an old "clean up job" when others found this piece. Also when you look at the top, you will see a small narrow gap where the dowels may need to engage just a bit deeper to pull the top together more. I promise you that this is not a problem at all, and the sideboard is completely sturdy and functional! On the beveled mirror there are a few tiny little dings (pictured). And lastly, there is a visible hairline crack on one side, which comes from the age of this piece. Not really a big deal... I have not done anything with this piece but dust it off a bit and clean up the mirror. This piece is completely functional and ready to use right away, and it looks great still! hunting for you is how I pay the bills. It takes quite a bit of time to sell
each piece from beginning to end; Searching for, procuring it, cleaning it up,
researching, photography, all the middle parts you see when you are on Pricetronic
looking, then high quality thoughtful packing, shipping, etc. I am running a very
small honest business, not an Amazon or Walmart. Most of my pieces are vintage
or antique, and sometimes have the possibility of showing a little bit of
character. I will always do my very best to disclose everything to my full
