  How long will shipping take?   Shipping can take 6-14 business days once payment has been made. Once you have signed the proof of delivery and have stated that your are now liable for your items, we CANNOT assist you in a damage claim, even if that damage happened prior to delivery. Damage MUST be noted prior to the driver leaving the premises and must be clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery. Once the delivery driver drives away, you are 100% responsible for the furniture and no refund or payment will be made to compensate for damage or repairs necessary. All Claims regarding Damage must be submitted withint 48 hours of receiving your item. All Damaged Items Claims must included Photos which can be emailed once we are contacted through Pricetronic's Message Center (an email address will be provided). Once a claim has been emailed to us via an Pricetronic message, a response will be generated within 2 business days of receipt. Payment is expected within 48 hours after Buyer COMMITS TO BUY.
